Earnell, a native of North Central Florida has more than 5 years experience in the residential and commercial mortgage industry. In December of 2000, he graduated from The University of Central Florida where he obtained a Bachelors of Science in Design Engineering Technology and was a four year letterman on the Golden Knights Football Team.

He then went on to pursue a career as a Mechanical Engineer for several years before moving full time into the mortgage industry. As an advocate for financial literacy, Earnell has a burning desire to educate and enlighten others to the power of real estate and its use as a wealth building/debt elimination tool. Mr. Kelly is also the coordinator of the Buyer’s Club and Homeownership Ministry, which consists of a series of workshops conducted by Horizon Home Mortgage, designed to aid their customers in debt management and credit improvement.

As an active real estate investor himself, he also understands the needs and desires of buyers to minimize their risk, investment, and exposure while maximizing their return. His keen analytical skills combined with a passion for helping others certify him as a highly productive mortgage professional, as well as an integral part of the management of Horizon Home Mortgage. Earnell resides in East Windsor, CT with his wife and daughter.
