Although new to the mortgage industry, Marcus is far from inexperienced in the real estate business. As an active real estate investor for many years, Marcus owns several properties in the greater Hartford area as well as co-owner of a home improvement company.

Through his company, Marcus has conducted and coordinated numerous rehab and renovation projects which have turned sizeable profits. He also specializes in short-sale and pre-foreclosure transactions which he facilitates through his vast network of professional contacts. Marcus is a native of Connecticut and resides in Hartford, CT.

He attended Southern Connecticut State University with a focus in Economics and Management Information Systems. Marcus also successfully completed the Greater Hartford Association of Realtor’s Educational Course, giving him an in-depth perspective on the entire purchase and sales process.
